Does twelfth iniquity fit the conventions of comic justness? one-twelfth Night is a play written by William Shakespeare at roughly 1601-1602. Comic justice is an idea that characters either calculate to a greater extent than they deserve or worsened than they deserve. In comedies, they thump more than than than they deserve and in tragedies, they yield worse than they deserve. Twelfth gamy is a comedy but has signs of tragedy as well. In some cases, Twelfth Night fits the conventions of comic justice and in some cases does not. Even though some characters get worse than they deserve, it is portrayed in a comical instruction and does not seem as bad as it in fair play is. Malvolio is a character that goes against the conventions of comic justice because some characters ensure him as abused. This shows that within a comedy at that place are signs of tragedy as well. He was cruelly tricked although he tries hard to be the perfect steward. The word abused is a very s trong word most the ill- treatment of a person and therefore Malvolio received much worse than he deserved. Sir Toby enjoys tormenting Malvolio and we know this from the phrase to fussiness him. The word resentment suggests that Sir Toby wants to annoy him and mock him. It implies that his is unpopular with the other characters.
